Swimwear at ARI is cut with the same discipline as our tailoring. Each pair of swim shorts is made in Italy from technical fabrics woven at mills in Lombardy and Treviso — quick-drying, soft against the skin, and finished with a hand that betrays the workshops behind them. The proportions are considered: a clean leg, a flattering rise, a waistband that holds without pulling.We keep the palette restrained and the details quiet. Bar tacks at the pockets, corozo or metal trims chosen for how they age in salt water, mesh linings that actually feel like something. These are shorts you can wear off the sand as easily as in it — paired with a linen shirt for lunch, or a knit polo on the boat.Built for the way our customer actually travels. Amalfi in July, Formentera in August, Miami through the winter. Pack them, wear them hard, rinse them out, and they hold their shape and color season after season. Quiet craft, made for the water.
