Shipping Policy

We want to have your newest purchase arrive in your hands as quickly as possible. We offer free UPS standard shipping on any order, but customers may select their preferred shipping method at checkout if they want a faster option.
Orders placed during the weekday are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed during weekend hours or holidays are processed the following business day.

- Standard - 5 to 7 business day
- Expedited - 1 to 2 business days
- International - 7 to 14 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not offer free return shipping at this time. Complimentary return shipping for exchanges or store credit is granted on a case by case basis—please contact us at for exchange inquiries.

Return Policy

We want you to love your new purchase—if something isn't right, please let us know. Full price merchandise may be returned for refund or store credit within 14 days from date of receipt, provided that all items are in their unused original condition with all garment tags attached and any related accessories/instruction booklets included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered returns will not be accepted. All sale, bespoke or personalized merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All in-store purchases are only eligible for exchange or store credit. We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or reject returns from customers at any time due to merchandise not being in its original condition, the return being outside of the 14 day return window, or if a pattern of irregular or excessive returns exists. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the shoe box in its original condition without postal labels. If you decide to refuse any shipment from us, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. Ship your return or exchange through an insured, trackable carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
