Shipping Policy

We want your newest purchase to arrive as quickly as possible. We offer free UPS Standard shipping on all orders, but customers can select a faster shipping method at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders placed during the week are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed during weekend hours or holidays are processed the following business day.

Delivery Estimates
- Standard - 5 to 7 business days
- Expedited - 1 to 2 business days
- International - 7 to 14 business days

Return & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We offer complimentary domestic returns and exchanges. Please contact inquiry@arisoho.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Full policy is outlined below.

  • Full-price merchandise may be returned for a refund or store credit, provided all items are in their unused, original condition, with all garment tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are also available for full-price items. Please contact our customer service team at inquiry@arisoho.com to confirm availability before returning your item.
  • Discounted merchandise is final sale and not eligible for a refund. If the issue is sizing-related and an alternative size is available, we can offer an exchange only.
  • Bespoke, personalized, or custom merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  • Footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition, free of postal labels.
  • Returned items that are incomplete, damaged, worn, altered, or returned outside the 14-day window will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements or that involve excessive or irregular return activity.

International Returns

International returns are accepted; however, return shipping costs are the client's responsibility.

For clients located in the European Union, we offer the option to return items directly to our atelier in Italy. Please contact customer service for details and instructions.
